By downloading, installing, or using the GrowWealth mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GrowWealth is a portfolio management and analysis application that helps users track, analyze, and optimize their investment portfolios. The App provides:

  • Portfolio tracking with real-time market data
  • AI-powered portfolio analysis and insights
  • Smart rebalancing recommendations
  • Market browsing and asset search
  • Portfolio snapshot history

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers limited free functionality, including basic portfolio tracking and market browsing.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription:

  • Subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new users
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to Apple's App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Investment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: GrowWealth is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool only. It does NOT provide financial advice, execute trades, or manage your money. All information, analysis, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only.

You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Upload malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GrowWealth and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy of market data or price information
  • The accuracy of AI analysis or rebalancing suggestions
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That following any recommendation will result in profit

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWWEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Investment losses resulting from reliance on App data or recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowWealth from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
